Default An evening with Doug Brown and Luis Villablanca

I spent this evening photographing shorebirds at Foster city with Doug and Luis, we had a fun time and excellent Thai food for dinner (dinner was better than photography )

Arash, your inflight photography is tops. You seem to nail every shot, always sharp, with excellent flying postures. Another great image to be proud of. Congrats. Glad you enjoyed the dinner, and Im sure the wine flowed. What a pity there is a such a large pond between us - it would be great to join you guys one day.

Given that shot, if dinner was better than photography, it must have been an absolutely superb meal! Gorgeous bird, beautiful capture, Arash.

It really pops from the BG and the angle is really nice.
It looks like you were right on top of him.
Another great shot, sounds like a good time.

Excellent work, Arash. There were so few of them that flew close to us and you managed to grab a difficult pose.
The amount of detail and lighting are great.

Excellent shot of a challenging subject. The topside detail is fantastic. Had a good time photographing with you this week!
