American Crow photographed in central Oregon, August 2011. I added canvas all around (easy with the even blue sky) and did some bill clean-up. The crows & gulls are the trash collectors of the picnic areas. Once they see you setting out the food they immediately fly in and hang around. They do a great job and don't even need a paycheck!

Nice job on the blacks. A lower pole would have been nice :).

She HAD a lower pole, and had to extend it to add canvas Happens to me too often. That's a great job making a crow look respectable, and even err... lovely. I like it a lot. Would love to have his feet. You might want to run a little healing brush over the distinctive features duped on the pole.

Very nice detail for a black bird. Looks like a young crow.

Taking a nice picture of a crow is one of the hardest shots to get. You did a great job on the blacks. The angle of view is a bit steep,

Nice capture, Nancy. Have tried many times to get a good crow pic but still struggle with those blacks. You've done a great job here.
