nice low angle and details, soft light only the mud clump is a bit distracting but at the same time part of the habitat

Mital, wonderful shot...excellent details and exposure. Loved the one-legged stance. The patch does not bother me a whole lot as there are no bright spots or anything that catch the eye.
Beautiful light, details and pose. I like the contrast of the darker moving water as a bkgd for the lighter colored stationary bird.
Mital, good low angle of capture, and I feel you have nailed the detail and sharpness nicely. I dont mind the mud, as the colour of the water adds so much more.
Very nice shot. You did everything right-low angle, good comp, exposure. I am not a fan of the clump of mud though, and find it distracting.

While the HA of the original may be a bit better than the repost, I much prefer the latter. Getting the entire body of the bird up and away from the rocks, and in the beautiful blue background, makes it for me.
