    Default Montagu's Harrier

Made in harsh light. Waiting for these harriers to come back for this season.

Wonderful image. sharp, well exposed, nice body posture.

IMO to the perfect world HA could be an issue. I am very much fine with this consider you grabbed such a beautiful pose and quality stuff.

You people are truly lucky to have these raptors around you and that too allow you a nice close encounter. Will go to field some day soon.

You captured an interesting pose showing excellent feather details and colors. Nice sharp bird and nice soft blurred bkgd. Well done!

Girish, loved the pose. details and crop are also excellent. I liked the perch and BG as well. It must be so much fun photographing raptors at eye level against such pleasing BGs.

Girish, excellent IQ, and I like the pre - take off pose. Overall, sharp where it counts, and the BG colour compliments the harrier nicely.

Very nice pose and awesome IQ. Is that a feather behind his right talon?

I like it a lot but Girish, this is NOT harsh light. It is rather pleasing light. I am fine with the HA and I love the pose.

Beautiful lighting, pose and HA, the rock is a nice perch and I love seeing the talons. Is there a faint halo around the rear wing or am I just seeing things (which is possible).

I love it and wish it were mine. The pose, the light the colors and detail all so cool. Are they prey feathers or fur at the back foot area?
