I didn't see the turtle until I put the images on the computer so it was a bonus! I used Topaz Adjust, Pixel Bender oil paint and Magic Bullet Photo Looks on this image. I masked the bird and turtle to bring back some of the detail. I was pretty far away and cropped it a good bit.

Judy, I love the effect of the PB. The large tree kind of overpowers the bird and turtle a little but I do love the effect on the trees and the reflected trees look good.

Judy, I like the PB effect. I'd like to be able to see a little more of the darkest part of the anhingha - I think it'd be easier to differentiate the bird and the tree.

Hi Judy, funny how some critters show up after the fact. Love the PB treatment you gave to this one.

Thanks everyone! Cheryl, here's a lighter version without Photo Looks or with lower opacity of it, not sure which. Some of you may prefer it.

I think it does help with the separation. Judy, your PB images are inspiring. I need to get back to that program soon.

Thanks Denise. I hadn't used PB much lately, other than a few lotus pads over a month ago, so it was fun to work with it again.

    Hi Judy -

What I like the best about this is that it is most often the way I see the anhingas here. Very natural setting. The PB treatment is lovely.
