I had taken this in February at Little Estero Lagoon, Ft Myers, FL during Artie's IPT and is one of my favorite for the year... settings were -
7D, EF 70-200 F4 + 1.2X @280mm hand held
1/400 sec, f/5.6 Mode: Av EC: +2/3 ISO: 800
