I was in many small villages and towns in France this summer. What caught my eye was the brick patterns.

Beautiful and artistic composition, Dave. I love those arches and the tiled line drawing the eye all the way! The pb effect on the wall is very nice. Well seen and composed!

The brick patterns are wonderful. I like the composition here, with the pattern leading the eye up the street, into the image. I find an imbalance between the warm and bright upper part and the cool, subdued lower half. Might there be a way to make the difference less startling? This image makes me want to go to France!

Hey Dave...............Beautiful street scene. Like the mosaic effect of the street bricks, in contrast to the rustic stones of the archways. Strong leading lines, just a bit off center for pleasing framing effect. Nicely done!
