    Very nice, soft colors, sharp, nice BG. like the ruffled feathers. Well exposed.

    I might consider a version with a small crop from the left.

    Disable Shadow part and in Highlight do 52,50,19

    Love the BG and the subject along with the simplicity....

    Here is a quick attempt at opening the blacks in the head using the dodge tool set to shadows....not having seen the bird for real, I can't tell if I went too far or not?

    What a fantastic image - the green background is so nice. I like the third repost with the lightest face, however I have never seen this bird in person so I don't know how it should look. I also agree with cropping a little off the left to get the bird a bit more on the side. Great work.

    Perfect HA and lovely perch. Great green BG too. I agree with the comp suggestion.
