    Default Vintage Sunflower

This is a picture of a sunflower from my garden. It's my favorite kind of sunflower called Teddy Bear. I desaturated the image, though not completely, and then applied one of my textures four times to get the texture vignette and the overall look. I also blurred the edges of the image a bit before applying the texture layers.

Hi Christopher, I like the center comp here. Great detail and radial pattern. If it were mine I would try brightening up the center just a tad, especially the lower center. All in all, I like it and the vignette work well here.

Wonderful composition, Christopher. I like the tonal range and the use of your textures. Excellent details.

Christopher, I love the Teddy Bear variety also, they are so lush. Nice job with the vintage look. The softness and pale colors really make this special. Nice work

Lovely work, Christopher. I like the look you achieved, including the color and textures. The centered composition works perfectly for this shot. Jay had a good suggestion. I would clone out the little bug in upper center. Glad to have you posting.

Odd man out here. While I like the image design the textures and vintage look do not float my boat here .

But, Artie, if I remove the textures and vintage look, no one would recognize it as mine! Just kidding, I understand if it doesn't appeal to you.

Thanks everyone for the comments! Thanks for pointing out the bug, Anita. I didn't see that.

Christopher, a beautiful vintage piece "a la Christopher" I love the soft gauzy texture.
