    James, this forum is an excellent idea.

    40D. 400 f5.6L wide-open. iso 640. 1/500s. exp. compensation 1 2/3 over evaluative. May 2010.

    Yellow crowned night heron is one of my favorite subjects. They give very nice alert poses and stay very still. This is my personal favorite of this species.
