    Default Restored Carousel

This carousel had been a staple/landmark in our area for years. I used to take my sons , who are now 36 and 39 to ride this when they were small children. At some point, the land it was on was sold and away went the carousel. However , after being in storage for many years, someone found a spot for it. It has been restored to mint condition and is once again open for business. Children come to ride and enjoy just as children did many years ago. On a recent visit I did this 7 image HDR and processed in Photomatix. Hope you enjoy.

Way cool. Love the framing and the fence. And the colors. For those who like grange, this would be a great candidate.

Joe, Nice composition and I like the fence too. This would look great w/ a grunge treatment but I also like the subtle processing you applied.
