    Cropped from horizontal, almost full frame, edge of the marsh.

    I love the eye and a nice perch. A bit of a head turn would have been great, but this is kind of the Heron pose,
    they all look like this. Nice BG and habitat.

    I like this habitat image and that beautiful Adult plumage. I love em specially this days on their breeding time.

    Here in india we've got their kids growing this days and soon they'll start taking short flights and with reduce water at lake i might get chance to get them in frame while flight.
