    Av mode,F.6,1/2500,ISO:400,Spot metering, White balance: Auto. Hand held.
    Exposure bias: +0.3 stop.

    Satish:

    Sharp, well exposed, intense stare and eye contact.

    There is some noise in the darker areas of the background.

    Did you clone out something behind your signature, it looks a bit splotchy there. I might also try a slightly smaller sig line.

    Some sharpening halo around the head.

    I might be inclined to try a vertical comp with this one.

    as Randy suggested i think the best you can do to make this already superbly capture a great image.
