    Default Moose cow and calf

A cow moose and calf spent plenty of time this morning foraging in Medicine Lake. I took a number of images from just above the water surface, but preferred the images taken higher on the bank, where I moved my camera to keep the moose within the yellow aspen reflection.

Lovely image; I like the framing. How about a tutorial on the frame?

A real work of art! I would like a little more room on the right but this is a beauty! Agree with Jay on the tutorial!

The yellow aspen reflections in the water make this image stand out and nice to hear your reasons for changing the pov. Certainly works here.

Ah the world you see and how you see it....beautiful, exceptional and all the other superlatives.....how really do you get a cow and calf to pose together with great light with just a touch of aspen reflecting in the water? I guess you have to go to know!

Great colors, detail, and interaction between these two. I especially like the placement of the radiating ripples between them.

Like it for all reasons above and for me has that "frozen moment in time" look that I can't define.

Really creative to change the view point from eye level for the much better golden reflection. Love the water drips and interaction. Beautiful details.

I like the detail, colours, composition and the ripples in the water. The crop is fine with me and I agree with Grant that I would change nothing- super image!!!

This capture simply rocks in every way. Love the intimacy between the 2 and the colors are amazing. Water droplets add a lot too as well asl the swirl in the water. You managed to get so much details in their coats.

Sweet interaction, beautifully captured. The reflected aspens really add to the image. Well done.
