Man , I totally intended to be posting here more regularly but it seems Google+ stole the last 6 weeks of my life Anyways I made this blur a couple weeks ago when I was putting the Canon 85mm 1.2L through its paces for an upcoming wedding shoot. Go figure the first evening I have one of Canon's sharpest lenses that I'm out working blurs with it I heavily altered the colours in post through Nik's Color Efex pro and finally settled on this combination, watcha think?

Nathan, this is awesome! I love this abstract blur and the treatment you have used. The texture resembles a painting and colors represent intense feeling! Nice title to go with it... excellent work.

Very interesting...reminds me of a grass fire or a brush fire...love the "heat swirls" at the top, the lines and textures at the bottom, the colors are beautifully warm and there's such an illusion of movement...I might tone down the yellows on the RHS just a smidge...and take just a little from the top. Excellent use of blur!

Awesome Nathan! I like the fiery look to this. The colors are lovely. I might tone down very slightly the right edge of the yellow (just where it hits the edge). I am looking forward to your next blur!

I like it! Love the colors and the textured effect you created. I might crop it a bit from each side to eliminate the dark areas.

Hi Nathan, this reminds me of a grass fire also. Lovely blur and filtering of it too!
