    I took well over 100 images of these gannets and they would not cooperate by turning their head towards me. Still, I like this one and the BG. Hope you do too.

    Gail, I like the backgorund the way the clouds give it the layered look. Good feather details and pose. You mentioned the HA but still a great photo. If possible, I would like to see a tighter crop of this beautiful subject. I look forward to seeing these gannets one day. TFS

    beautiful shot gail. i find the bg little more of having magenta and became purplish sky.. can we reduce red a bit ?
    IQ not that great but yeah for this frame i wont mind keeping the frame. (not everytime we get perfect shots :) )..

    very nice wing position and light, you need to crop this one real tight for web presentation to show the details.

    Hey gail, i was saying not that great IQ seeing close shots enlarged bird .. this one looks bit over sharp on my mbpro. i never menat there is no IQ :)

    or may be the background noise a bit gives me feel of that. you freeze lovely subject and IQ is there no doubt ..
