Hi guys. Sorry I haven't been posting much here lately. I have continued working on new images though. This is a recent photo I took of the old barn trying a new perspective that I hadn't tried before. I applied three Shadowhouse textures and one of my own textures after first converting to B&W.

The detail, light & shadows on the window and wood are great, Christopher, and love the looking up perspective. Like how you composed it with the two contrasting halfs divided by the diagonal roof line. I like the textures, but I wish there was a little bit less of it on the sky portion. Nice work, and hope you can post more often!

Christopher, Nice to see you posting again. I like the color tone and the texturing. Nice to see you trying a new perspective. I wonder if a sliver off the top might be nice to help draw your eye down a little. Let's see what others say.

Hi Christopher, we've missed you! Good thinking to go for a different perspective - it's almost like we're seeing the barn for the first time. I like how the textures make this look like an old photo that has been folded and creased, nice job with that and of course the aging in general. Hope to see you more often, I've been busy too.

Chris, I like the tone and texture of the image; great series of diagonal lines throughout the image, leading your eye throughout...if it were mine, I might evict the three light dots in the URC, but that's a small thing...and starting right at the peak of the house there's a "crease" that parallels another line above it...I might evict the former so that that small portion of the image isn't framed. Nice work...definitely hope to see you posting more often!

I like this one a lot! Beautiful light and textures and details. The composition, the angle of view are excellent. Nice tones, as always. I especially like the window! Glad to see some of your work!!

Christopher, I like the perspective here along with those strong lines of the barn, light and a bit of shadow, the clouds and the texture... all the elements of the composition has come together very well. Excellent work!
