Hi Jay, love the processing here and the distortion on the window. The comp is nice as well. I wonder if you have any with the barrel a little further to the right. I can't decide if I would like that a little more or not. Nice work!

Hi Andrew, Thanks.........I'll have to look, but i think a half step to the left may have been the thing to do.

Jay, great job of processing...love the contrast between the almost foreboding sense of weary age in the interior and the light outside. I think you're right...a step to the left may have nailed the composition a bit more...and I'd like to see you bring back just a little more detail in the highlighted area of the floor. Great job in the shadows and in the muted tones of the interior. Nicely done.

Nice work, Jay. I love the soft look of the lighting and details. I agree that a step to the left would probably have made a better comp, but even as is it looks very nice. Well done!

I like the idea of a step to the left but as presented the processing and lighting looks great. Seems a bit tight on the bottom. Looks like a great place for photography.

The soft light of this is very nice, Jay, and what wonderful subject matter to shoot! I agree, great job on the shadows and muted tones in the room to convey the mood. Good suggestions to make it stronger, but still a really well done and pleasing composition.

Hi Jay, nicely captured and presented. The processing is quite nice and I love the play of light on the floor and the wall. This image works nicely with the previous theme!

Wonderful capture. The lens you used did a nice job creating slight distortion that moves the eye from window to barrel. So does the light coming through the window. Having only the outdoors in color emphasizes the separateness of the two worlds.

    Jay,

Greetings. The contrasting subjects are interesting as it the lighting. If this image were mine, I would adjust for a magenta cast.

    Cheers,
