Mitch, I really like DAP and the vertical was good idea. Seems a bit large in the frame but that could just be me. Let's see what others think. I might tone down some of the white caps in front of the boat if it were mine. Awesome sky!!![]()
Mitch, this has such a painterly effect...nicely done. Not familiar with DAP, but I make have to look it up! If it were mine, I'd like a little more room all the way around...particularly on the right...and Denise makes a good point about the highlights on the white caps. Nicely done!
Mitch, this is a perfect image for DAP - you will have loads of fun with it. Maybe a bit of room on the right but I like it as it is alsoDave Phillips was a master with DAP - you probably know this but you can save it as a PSD layer so you can reveal areas underneath or change the opacity - it was one of Dave's tips that helped me.

Hi Mitch, a great shot for DAP for sure. Love the clouds and agree on a bit more room all around the boat and toning down the white caps too!
Great painterly effect on this, Mitch. Love the look of the boat and water, agree with toning down white caps and more room all around. Also might desaturate some of the orange yellowish color on the water. Good first try with DAP!
Mitch, yet another program to get addicted to! I love DAP, especially since it makes you think hard about the results you want and is so flexible. You got a great look here, love the watercolor effect. Nicely done.
