Have not cloned out those heavy dark spots as they were part of the beach and i thought would be good to keep them as it is. would be an easy fix ya if just need to clean.
    Any suggestion highly appreciated.

Nicely captured, in his breeding colors and with a good pose. I'd be tempted to take out just a few of the dark oof spots; there's enough interest in the beach without them.

Beautiful breeding bird, sharp focus and nice low angle.....rocks show the shoreline habitat these birds prefer...cloning out some wouldn't hurt...nice image

I am a big fan of the repost. I lighten the reflection of the bird's ankle--it's right between the two legs and about an inch in front of the feet. Part of the image looks level, part (the mud behind the bird) looks as if it needs some CW rotation. Go figure!

Good. Always best to make changes on your master file even if you wish to duplicate it for safety reasons.

Good original shot, and great step by step follow-ups to improve it.

I still miss anything decent with regard to turnstones. I was at a conference recently in France and took some time out for the turnstones, but all i ended up with was a bleeding leg.
