I saw a lot of different species of antelopes and deer , but the most handsome was this species of waterbuck simply because of the ear pattern.
Here , he was alert to our movement and I loved the eye contact .

Camera : Canon 1D Mk III
    Lens : 600mm f4 IS
    Aperture : f8
    Shutters : 1/500
    Speed : ISO 1250

    Cheers,
    Rakesh

Lovely portrait in soft light Rakesh...I find Waterbuck to be quite photogenic but struggle to find good photo opportunities with them, though on my recent trip I was able to make some nice portraits with mopanis in autumn coloration around.
Lovely ear patterns indeed. The image overall looks to be a tad green or even cyan? Easy to correct with color balance or something similar in PS...

Rakesh, What a superb photograph! Love the soft light and the perfect right down the lens barrel stare. And that sweet BKGR. And the superb sharpness. Beautifully framed as well. Did I mention that I love it?

This is one kick butt capture, Rakesh. It is so realistic that I almost feel as though I could reach out and pet it. The details are tremendous, and I like it's ears too!
