Cute little fella, and it looks so proud of its catch! Nice smooth water, but too bad a ripple was created out of bad luck below the grebe to spoil what could have been a perfect reflection. Image also needs some CW rotation, and I'd elimiate the spots above the head and at left edge.
What part of the world does this little grebe live in?
Very nice action here with good exposure despite some pretty harsh light. Needs CW rotation as Daniel mentioned. I would remove the dust spot above the grebe and the spot in the water over to the left. Your shot has nice details and is good and sharp. The catch is just a huge plus!
