    It will be interesting to hear the comments on the wing shadow........as I was playing the game of........where will the bird pop up! Taken at the Anhinga trail in the late afternoon light. Mark lll with the Sigma 300-800mm lens at 356mm. Iso 1250 at f10 for 1/2000 sec.

    Nicely done. Cool catfish. Great head position for the bird. I am OK with the shadow. Also, nicely framed and not too tight... later and love, artie

    Roman I like the splash the up swept wings and the curling catfish. The shadow doesn't bother me and I'd be pleased to have this one in my collection.

    I have to agree with Artie on this one. The shadow is not a problem because the action is much powerful.

    Nicely composed with the trailing splash. The shadow is, well, overshadowed by the action!
