Sad that these lovebirds are caged . In the wild they are such a joy to watch . One of the last images I made in Africa .

Love the eye contact and the brown background. I wish he (or she) had perched a bit lower on the twig so that the leaves did not interfere with his head. I personally would trim from the top.
Thank you for sharing, I have not seen an image of this bird in the wild and enjoyed this one.

    Rakesh:

Good points from Grace. Lovely bird. I like side lighting, adds texture and depth to an image, but would prefer the angle of the light to be just a bit more towards you so that the shadowed areas weren't quite so dominant. In addition to trimming from the top as Grace mentioned, I would also trim a bit from the right because of the angle of gaze.

    Cheers

this is an excellent image. apart from points said i would have touched down those distinctive patches on left bottom and right bottom merging with gradient of brown and some spots cleaning over all two three may be.

for perch and compo i like the inclusion of habitat yeah top is bit more but i liked in some manner

Like this image Rakesh, nice strong colours, lovely bird and I also like the inclusion of the habitat. Would also consider a crop from the top.

Nice bird and good points raised by Grace. For me, the branches behind the head are an image wrecker.... With respect.
