    Its getting colder and darker here day by day; Autumn is here and as summer fades this young swallow
    seems to be saying I'll be leaving soon.

    7D 100-400 Av mode MAnual focus, very close 1/250, Ev +.67 ISO 400 F5.6

    Like the clutter ; the dandelion seed , the wire, string etc though some wont

    Bird is loverly with a very nice pose and look back head angle. Bird is slightly oversharpened. The setting is unfortunate. I am fine with a weathered stump fence post, rusty barbed wire, and even weathered rope. But with everything in fresh plumage plus the metal stuff this one cannot work for me.

    And the fact that that is where the bird was sitting does not make it a pleasing image.

    Nice looking back pose and nice background.
    The clutter takes away a lot from the bird.
    Those are the ones my eyes are going to, unfortunately.

    I appreciate that you are not enchanted with the location, the little buggers wouldnt move elsewhere lol
    I cant do much with that and thought I would take the shot anyway so I am glad you liked the bird.
    Art -yeah probably flashed the jpeg a bit to much avec sharpening.
