    Default Peregrine Flight Lesson

Had the absolute pleasure in watching mum Peregrine giving some flight lessons to one of her fledglings over the weekend.

Pretty cool. Wish only for a bit better view of the bird on our left. Two nice fanned tails. The bird on our right could go a bit lighter. Thanks a stack BTW for your membership support!

Thanks Richard. It's amazing the aerobatics some birds perform in mid-air. And it's not just high flight performance birds like Peregrines that do it. Ravens and Bald Eagles take part in this activity a lot and it's clear that sometimes we are witnessing these birds play with each other.
