    Raul:

Excellent detail in the bird, fluffed up pose, nice perch.

I would try to tone down the brightest areas on the right end of the perch, and in the background. In particular , toning down the BG just a bit will really make this little girl pop.

Our hummers will be leaving from Michigan soon.

    Cheers

I think this is a lovely portrait, Raul. I just had all my beloved ruby-throated hummers leave over a week ago from upstate NY, so it's so nice to see one on the other side. Maybe tone down the bright spots on the edge of the back just a little, as well as the white spots on the perch towards the back. But really nice colors, details, and I like your comp.

A sharp, cute little bird in a nice setting. Like the image design too. The whole thing could go a bit lighter for me.

Raul - you must have the first migrants. Looks like this one is just resting after a long flight. I still have "my" backyard Rubies feeding at the sugar water here in Canada. But they will be coming your way soon. I love that fluffy little package that you have captured, really showing the great feather detail. The highlights on the back are quite bright but seem to just nicely show where the sun was coming from.

Thx for the critic, i think the intense white spots in BKG are the cause for make the foreground more dark, i need sleep now, tomorrow i post a corrected photo.

    good new week
