I stopped at a local government building in Gainesville that used to be a luxury hotel in the early 1900's. It was the middle of the day and there were plenty of opportunities for shadows. This started out as a 3 image HDR. Then I used Topaz B&W (I really love this tool) using Painterly Color blended with luminosity. Then Nik Color Detail Stylizer Weird Lines at a very low strength (Thanks Kerry for the idea - imitation is the sincerest form of flattery)
