    Excellent colour rendition and focus. Composition - well I am not the world's best at this but I would suggest the bud would have looked better had it been central in the leaf so that it was not overhanging the edge. I think the flash is a little apparent - just by the sepals on the petals a brush with the red would help tame this.

    Hi Kostas. Very nice colors and good sharpness throughout the flower bud. John makes a good point about toning down the very bright area of the bud. I'm wondering if the comp might be stronger if the bud and leaf were at more of a diagonal. Overall, this is well done and I think a couple tweaks will make it even stronger.
