Great techs, wonderful bg, nice HA I only wonder if a horz comp would work better in this case, seems a bit cramped in the back.

I too think it a bit tight , but still love this. One of the elements of a great photograph is color co-ordination and this is a perfect example of that. The BG just puts this over the top.

Your vulture looks like a grizzled old rock star with a crazy glint in his bloodshot eye. Spot-on exposure, a delicious BG--in fact, all systems go except for the jammed-in look, which a re-do of your crop should eliminate.

Landscape version is much better IMO. I would move the bird SLIGHTLY lower in the comp.

Love pose, BG, light and details. Repost works better but needs to be lower in the frame and if you had more room on the right, I would move it a tad right as well.

    I love that analogy!

Repost looks alot better comp-wise...and I agree with the additional tweak suggestions. What makes this for me is the head lookiong ever slightly upwards...very cool.

Superb Bird. Love the upturned head and The sharpness of the bird. The repost is really good. but as said a little lower and more space i feel would be magical.
