Lovely light and details here Geir - with a good low angle.
I find it a bit tight at the bottom, so adding a touch more space there would be beneficial. I hope your computer troubles get sorted!

Great low angle, and I love the BG. I agree about the need for more space below, and more of a head turn our way (to parallel to the sensor) would have been great. Nice details and colours. Looks like there was something between you and the Dunlin's legs?

The exif, as embedded in your photo: Canon 1D MKIII, 500mm, 1/2000s., f/4, ISO 100.

Looks oddly similar to a flipped version of this image :

Thank you for your feedback, Morkel.
I bought a new computer for a little over a year ago. It has crashed three times. So now I have just bought a new one.

    Best regards from Geir Jensen

Hope that this is a bit better. I'm lying in the water, so there is seaweed that makes legs blurred.

I salute you for getting so low that seaweed is blocking out the feet of your dunlin. You are lower than the bird. In this way, you give us the perspective of the bird's prey. Were you at Varanger?

    Hello Craig.

Photo taken on the west coast of Norway, about 50 km from Bergen, where I live. Varanger is much further north in Norway. Herdla, called the island where the picture was taken. This is a small nature reserve. A very good day in the fall can be seen almost 1000 Shore Bird.

    Best regards from Geir Jensen
