Excellent work. The 400 f/5.6 + the 1.4TC seems to be a very sharp combo. Very nice perspective and eye contact with your subject. It needs about 2.27 degrees of CCW rotation, in my opinion. Rotation increases the diagonal impact of the bill across the frame nicely.
Love this fantastic species and the exposure and the shaggy mane and the light and the head angle. Now get to work, do the CCW rotation, take a bit off of the bottom, and show us the repost. Thanks and later and love, artie

Forgot to say it is a globally threatened Dalmatian pelican in full breeding plumage, which nests just in few places in Europe - mainly southeastern part of it.
