    Brendon,

Exceptional image. Excellent comp with fantastic back light. One of the best I have seen.

This is really interesting! However, not being able to see any detail on the face weakens it IMHO. Was it planned or the flash just didn't fire...

Thanks guys, Ofer, this was the plan, simply to capture the image using back lighting from a spot light being shone from another approaching vehicle.

I like it Brendon...love the strong distinguishable shape formed by the silhouette, and the way the light plays around it. Was it scratching up dust after scent-marking?

I love the silhouette and the feeling of a ghost (which these cats normally are) walking in the direction of the camera.

Dust works great with the spotlight....I like the idea!

A well thought out image Brendon, and I like the silhouette against the spotlight. The dust puts this up a notch.

    Outstanding image!

I think the fact that you can't see any details in the leopard's face makes it even more "menacing". Sort of like the "shadow"/"ghost" of the jungle.

Like the striking contrast of the backlit leopard Bredon, the dust cloud in the back-ground completes a superb image...

    Brendon,

Wow! Stunning image. I love images like this. Very powerful and a contest winner for sure. I would not change a thing. Well done.
