    This BB Plover was loving the small tidal pool at a local beach this morning.

    800ISO f5.6 at 1/400th
    Fill at 1/8th power

    Joe:

    I like the stream of drops shooting up, exposure looks good.

    I might consider a modest crop down from the top.

    I think the bird would display better if he was a bit larger in the frame. I know you don't want to lose the drops, but I would like to see him a bit better.

    Thanks Randy. This was about a 50% crop so I didn't want to test it any further. Couldn't get any closer as the beach walkers kept spooking them.

    Joe, good bathing behaviour, and I too like the flying droplets. I also like the lines in the water, and agree, taking off the top will work.
