Heavy overcast, rainy day...Uncropped . have others with just two but was waiting for all three to catch up. Unfortunately happened at a tight, tough angle so could not get anymore lead space in frame.

I am surprised that I am the first to comment on this image. I like the raised feet of the running bears & the that the bears' mouths are partly open. I think the DOF is good. With the RH bear located near the ROT, I like the composition. Well seen & captured. TFS.

Interesting image Steve...apologies for only commenting now as I had some catching up to do elsewhere...
I am fine with the space in front and like the poses and the way the fur stands out against the glum surroundings.

Looks like you are getting some good results with the 2x TC and 70-200

    Steve,

Great look to the bears running. 238mm? with or w/o crop factor built in. Still looks like you could have zoomed out some

thanks Robert...238mm without crop factor.....was a bit challenging as I picked them up a bit further down the beach and was Zooming in and trying to maintain focus as they approached...unfortunately the right cub caught up right next to us.... Actually my favorite of the series is just two bears with Momma's eyes locked on me.....bit intimidating at the pace they were running towards me....but I knew where they were going
