A well done, very nice portrait of a worn, molting adult. I like the raised foot. Techs spot on. I'd go for a bit more room behind the bird and about 1/3 of the REFL cropped off. (The image looks top-heavy as is.)

Great shot Richard. Love the raised leg and head angle. I agree about taking some off the bottom. The light is nice as well.

Looks good for a "high" angle...the nice texture of the water is put into evidence. I like the pose, colours, details, molting plumage. Agree with comp suggestion.
