The small size of your post makes it more difficult to access the image. Please feel free to post at the full 1024 x 800 size so we can better appreciate the image.
From what I can see, the exposure looks good, the light angle has cast some shadows on the face and neck. Fairly steep shooting angle.
Be sure to include your camera type, lens, post processing details. This helps us better understand the image.
Randy has covered some of my concerns, another of which would be that the sky is much too "electric" blue. I'd tone down its saturation to make it look more pleasing. I do like the crop.
I agree posting the image bigger would help with critiquing.
