Taken last Nov from Bowditch Beach, Fort Myers. Started with 500 attached but as they got used to me they got closer, so tried 70-200 + 1.4. Had great fun screwing myself into the sand on each flyby , boy they're fast when close!!

Super capture of the Sandwich Tern, Chris. Observed them in the bay from about 150 yards in the company of several hundred skimmers at Bunche the last day of August. They're waiting for your return.
