Looks like he not only put up with you, he followed posing directions. Well done. I like seeing him on the beach with the great water BG. Beautigul image.

Another good image Tom, would have preferred the Eagle to be a bit more to the RHS. Might suggest perhaps opening the eagle up a bit, as there is some good detail still in there and by doing so highlights the lovely plumage & detail in the bird/image.

I love the layered BG. The pose is awesome. I agree with Steve about playing with the midtones a bit but this is a very minor nit. A wall hanger for sure.

Super pose Tom, and you have captured great feather detail. The layered BG works well, and doesnt intersect with the head ( well worked out) Another vote for moving the eagle to the right.
I agree with Steve's suggestions. I think this is a beautiful pose. It also appears that a wee bit of CCW adjustment is in order.

Nice pose and low angle. I love the texture of the ground, very cool! I'd prefer the suggested comp too, and also find the image a tad dark.
Hi Tom, Wonderful pose the image just needed a little PS work to really make it shine.

Don, thanks for the repost, it looks much better. I have tried to copy your changes. I adjusted the levels some and recovered some of the shadows. I then tried to incorporate the crop changes that have been suggested. I assume this is the crop that people were suggesting, but you all may have been wanting the eagle even more on the right side of the frame. When the subject is looking back, I often wonder whether to leave space in front of the body or in front of the face which is turned back.
Thank you all for the comments, they are appreciated.
Hi Tom , Looking better you just need to add an S curve to for some contrast and another round of sharpening

Tom, that is a cool shot, 3d looking, looks like it could walk out of the frame.
The layered BG is also good. Very nice image.

Excellent repost by Don, esp. the additional sharpening. I far prefer the ORIG comp to the cropped repost.....

I like the repost although it does need a bit off CCW and sharpening as others have said. I think I would also add some contrast. Great pose and great background, really love the Bokeh.
Ok, here it is with more contrast and more sharpening as suggested and back to the original crop. Thanks for the suggestions and comments.
The last post is the best of all . Amazing BG and the sandy floor . Loved the details on the bird.
Thank you all for the comments and critiques, as always, very helpful.
