I had hard time to hold the fucus square on the head, as the birds were constantly moving and feeding.
On this guy the square was sitting on the shoulder.
I also hand held it by laying on my belly that made it difficult to follow the.
(Forgot my ground pod, frisby with an RRS head, that is.)
    Thanks for looking.

You have a nice green BG with lovely details in this bird. Your critical focus as you mentioned is on the shoulder rather than the face. Have been on my belly many times trying to follow these little shorebirds, and it's no easy task. I can relate to your frustration. I do also like your nice clean FG and even the rocks. I would have liked to see slightly better HA.

Very nice, Nice FG and BG. I agree with Marina on the HA and focus, but I spent a few hours taking photos of these guys
last week, and they are small, quick and tough to get a good angle on.
    Nice job.

    Thanks Marina.
Could you tell please what HA stands for.
I have difficulties with abbreviations every once in a while.

Tough little guys to capture, as you have noted. I love the BG and pose. Good comments from Marina. Sounds like you got your ground pod from the same place as mine (my garage).
