Hello everyone. I was able to take a few shots of this little fellow while shooting the stilts. Hope you enjoy. C&C welcomed and encouraged.
Camera - Nikon 300s, Lense - Nikon 200-400 w/1.4 tc, Expposure - 1/320, Aperture - F8, ISO - 250, Metering - Multi Segment, Aperture Priority.
Sharp, and I love the yellow ripples in the BKGR but lots of problems: relatively harsh light, bird angled slightly away without enough look back head turn. (Perfectly square would be ideal here.) The pile of rocks by the feet was bad luck as it is distracting. Not an easy bird to approach so well done there.

lovely image. the sharpness is superb as is the BG. Too bad about the rocks and vegetation at his feet. I would love a little more head turn. Would love to have a nice killdeer shot like this though,
