    Default Flying low!

This week I have not had much opportunity to work on images; so here is one for Saturday morning. I was trying out slow ss on an overcast morning and this one was taken at 1/100 sec to keep the blur to minimum. For processing applied Topaz Adjust and a overlay of fract. Hope you like it.

Such amazing birds. I like this capture, with the blur of the wings to show movement. Nice reflection and soft colors. This is a soothing image. The Pelican looks majestic.

Indranil, this has a quiet, almost dream like quality to it...you almost expect to hear the swoosh of the wings as the pelican passes. I'd be tempted to take just a little more off the top..other than that, I don't think I'd change a thing. Nice shot!

I like the soft look of the overcast morning.

Indranil, I like the composition and the way you processed it. I might try to pull out a bit more detail in that back wing and evict the DB's. The pose and the water add nicely to this one. Great job!

Thanks Denise, good suggestions. I will see if I can recover any further details on that back wing. What is DB btw?

Very nice image and application, Indranil.

Like the lighting and slight blur effect.
