    Self Critic: I think the perch is hot..pls let me know how to make reduce the perch brightness..

    Very nice pose and perch. I think the composition could be improved if you moved the bird to the right.
    I agree that the perch seems a little hot, but also the background seems a bit too saturated and overpowers the subject.
    Maybe desaturating the background and the perch could help.

    thanks luis i agree on the BG but repost looks dull to me IMO..
    actually one of bird organization has done banding this year for migratory birds which comes from himalaya's/north side of india to Pune. so they also caught this very common bird..this is not endagered/rare eather very common bird..

    You could select the brightest parts of the perch with Select/Color Range and run a Linear Burn at reduced opacity. Though Luis's repost is interesting I like the BKGR in the original.

    Hi Yogesh, I like the slanted perch and the nice head turn.
    I like the comp in Luis' repost a lot, but prefer the color in the original.
    Where in Pune? I'm headed there this December and am hoping to visit some of the hotspots.
