    have posted this image online before but thought I would repost it here since this is a new site and some of the members might not have seen it. I found this beauty at Loxahatchee NWR and was thrilled to have a nice perch and dark BG to pop the DF off of.

    30D, 300 f/4 + 1.4 tc, 1/25 @ f/14, aperture priority, evaluative metered -1, raw , iso 200, tripod & cable release, clone out one little distraction
