Taken early morning at local lake. Cute little guy, liked the ripples and coloring of water.
Rotated, cropped, ACR, CS5, cloned out some spots and applied NR on BG, some touch up on eye.

Nice and sharp , Brendon . If it were mine , I would back off the NR a bit . It is making the bird look 'too sharp' , w/o it being actually oversharpened . Do you have any with lower angles ??

A very nice, sharp image. The NR is giving somewhat of an unreal effect to the image.

    Brendan:

Cute guy for sure, always look like they have their feathers slicked back, but do agree about the noise reduction, water looks plastic like.

I also might try a version with just a bit off the top.

    Cheers

Good one. Light and angle are great. These are tough little guys to capture, in my experience. I see what others are saying about the water, but I kind of like the silky feel.

Thanks very much for the comments and suggestions. I see what you mean reagarding NR, though the water did have a very silky look to it.
Rakesh, unfortunately I don't have any lower angles of this one.
