I like the scale of the Oxpecker in relation to the huge Buffalo - almost lost on it

Craig, yes the oxpecker is almost lost! I would love to see the relationship exaggerated just a little and I might experiment with a closer crop as I do like the lhs horn's shadow leading to the bird. I tried an on screen crop to just right of the eye and down to just touching the twig which arches over the oxpecker. I don't think you really need the rhs horn or the extra branches and twigs. Good capture.

Craig - I was thinking along the same lines as Hilary that you need a crop to emphasize the oxpecker but I was going in a different direction (), crop from the bottom completely eliminating the buff's face.

Robert's re-post illustrates what I imagined … really draws the eye to the oxpecker and has a beautiful curve of horn to follow. I, in fact, was planning to leave a bit more at the bottom, but I like Robert's version better.
