Took this photo this weekend at pilanesberg National Park in South Africa.

Really liked the perch and the background, but may have overdone the PP saturation a bit. Any comments will be most welcome.

Hi Victor, nice capture. I love the position of the subject and the perfect perch.

I agree with you about the PP. Image looks very saturated on my screen. Also my eye is drawn to the green area of background, it would pssibly help to do a little work on here but others will possibly disagree.

Very nice setting, singing pose and BG. I'm not too crazy about the frame, though. It seems a bit overpowering.

What a treat! Neat capture - I really like the open-mouthed singing bird and the shape of the bird's perch in the image. The background colors don't bother me. Congrats on a neat capture!

Love the composition. There are very little details due to the heavy crop. The frame is a little overwhelming but you did well with the composition.

Lovely singing pose and good head angle. It does look like a heavy crop. You are right that the image is oversaturated. When editing in Photoshop, you generally don't need to saturate most images more than + 6-8. Agree that the frame is overwhelming the image.

Thanks for the comments all !! Will need to tweak my PP a slight bit, agreed. Framing is my own preference and I accept that alot of people don't like it. As for the heavy crop, not really, this is about 70% of the Fulll Frame ... Maxis, please explain what you mean by very little details.

    Thanks again everyone !!
