    Took this yesterday morning at one of my local beaches. Went for the background and waited the birds out.

    Gorgeous warm light and beautiful pose.
    Love the eye contact and the coy expression.
    I would ease up on the sharpening a bit, run NR on the bg, and move him up in the frame just a bit.

    Fantastic light and pose.
    Agree on easing up a little on the sharpening and NR on the BG, along with taking a little from the top.
    I might try blending the two dark spots, lower right in frame and another directly above it.

    Beautiful light, excellent pose, a little to sharp seeing a little nit of a halo. Agree with moving him up in frame and may want to add a little to the right of him for my tastes.

    Pretty good head angle, ESP and SH right on. Light killer. Went to the same spot with Mike this morning and got skunked on light and birds but I did get to get up at 3:45 am :)
