Just a bit of fantasy using one of my gator head images inside the hole in the log at the boardwalk through the cypress swamp at Noxubee Refuge.

Judy, now that IS wild! I love the camouflage aspect and how my eye gets drawn in to see the head. Cool! The bg area on the right seems a bit dark and I might try to lighten that a bit.

Thanks Kerry! You have a valid point. The area on the right was way too light as sun was hitting it and it was too "busy" with sticks and debris so I painted over it with dark brown to mask all that. I didn't save the layered file so I'm not sure if I can tweak it successfully. It was just a quickie...

    Hi Judy,

Very creative. Some good comments above. I think you had great imagination on this one. Very well done.

Judy, this would be an easy fix using quick mask. Just select the area with the quick mask, copy it to a new layer and use any technique you like to lighten it.

Cool. It took me a while to see the gator head. I think that it would help to level the gator's eyes....
