    Default Bee on Lilac

Well, something happened here and the bee and flower switched colors! Something different... Anybody remember Kai's Power Tools (KPT)? The warping in this image was done with KPT "Hypertiling" in the "pinch" mode. Kai's effects only work with Corel Photo-Paint these days, so I keep a copy of it around just for special occasions like this. After running the filter, I used the inverse "object" function in Photo-Paint to flip the colors. Then some Topaz filters...

Kerry, that's a pretty wild image...and an effect I'd never seen! My favorite part of the composition is the almost liquid gold floating from the bottom...complimented by the large, blue-silver bubble resting on top. It really reminds me of an abstract underwater scene...and the bee is striking as a focal point. Nicely done.

This has really turned out to be an excellent composition. Love the depth (almost like a singularity!!) Very nice colors and effect!

I've never seen anything quite like that with flipped colors and the circular tunnel-thing. I like the blue bees and the golden flowers. Pretty cool! Have you thought of making the background all black?

Kerry, Very cool effect. Just plain fun to look at. Well framed. Love the liquefied effect.
